Mr. Black’s Return Policy
We appreciate your support and will happily accept your returns for a store credit to be applied to future purchases.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date.
- All return items must be in their original unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Returns that have been worn, washed, damaged or stained are ineligible for store credit.
- If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt you may contact us by phone, email, or our instagram within 48 day of receiving your order with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
- Mr. Black’s Boutique does not offer cash refunds or exchanges.
- All items are returned to Mr. Black’s Boutique at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.
- If there is a system glitch and an item is out of stock then we will happily issue a refund through your original payment method.
Mr. Black’s Boutique reserves the right not to credit you if your return is outside the terms of our Return Policy.

Notification must be made within 48 hours after the delivery of your package if there are any manufacturer defects and/or an item was received broken. If notification is made pass this time exchange request will be denied.
